Financing and Investment Funds

MSE’s experience in raw materials supply chains as well as the market knowledge, makes our team a perfect private equity investment advisor, focusing on junior and mid-tier mining companies in developing countries.

In partnership with Swiss- and EMEA-based investment funds, MSE offers support for investments in both private and publicly listed EV Battery Metal resource companies and energy production companies that are currently in the evaluation and development stages of their key projects or who are already effectively involved in their production phases.

Via dedicated investment funds, bank financing participations, private equity investors and ad-hoc joint-ventures, MSE can provide basic or additional capital to enterprises, seeking to either expand their existing production or to bring in the new discoveries. The management of capital and funds is controlled by MSE via direct participation in diverse management structures or via board membership in selected ventures.

Currently, MSE is focused on a number of enterprises involving the mining and refinement of Lithium in the Sub-Saharan Africa, Nickel-Cobalt mining in Madagascar, Silver-Tungsten mining in Central Asia and Tungsten mining in Northern Africa, along with some electric power stations projects in Eastern Europe.
