Trading Houses

MSE has a consolidated experience in helping foreign investors, holdings and manufacturers establishing their own trading houses or representations in the Canton of Zug in Switzerland. In 2018 MSE established two trading houses, whereas the opening of one more major trading house is already planned for mid-2019 with a planned turn-over of approx. 2B$ within the next 5 years.

MSE’s level of service spans from the actual establishment of the Company, duly incorporated as per customers’ requirements, to scouting for the fitting and trained personnel, equipment, office locations and main contractual frameworks for payroll, administration, insurance and IT fields.

Moreover, contacts with banks and other relevant financial institutions are signed and consolidated, in order to generate a smooth and hassle-free start-up for the customer. MSE also accompanies, in selected cases, the young Company through the first period of growth, thus ensuring that profits are generated as per approved business plans.
